Ground combat at Clark Field Manila
Not hard to guess at this stage. But who lost how much? And are the Allies doing any bombardment counterattacks?

Dadman
Will your US Battleships be joining the battle soon or are they still to damaged (or will you hold em out of the fight until the 3/42 upgrade) Also did POW make it to port after the Kendari Battles ?
Looks like you are taking some insane chances with your surface gps is this aggrsssiver play normal and is it slowing Mogami down at all ?
I thought I took chances but man yer nuts !!!!!
I think ill go read some of your other AAR's if nothing else its very entertaining

Hi, I really enjoy playing Dadman but he makes me crazy. He takes insane chances and then gets away with them. He must have brillo pads instead of hair on his behind.

as long as he gets away with them tis funny but I get this funny feeling that he will take a chance to many one of these days soon.
Is he slowing you down at all Mogami ? or are you just proceeding at a steady normal pace consolidating as you go grinding him down and waiting for one of the insane ops to go decisively wrong ?

I haven't looked at the losses, it's kinda depressing. Allies do some bombardment attacks, but after a while, it's a case of diminishing returns...

Incredible. It's mostly the Dutch subs and the US "S" boats.

Can't comment on US Battleships. Only one sunk on 7 DEC 41, but most of the others were pretty plastered. HMS
Prince of Wales succumbed to her injuries...
I don't believe that my surface attacks are having much of and effect on Mogami's plans, I may put a nick or a scratch in them, but he knows how to make me pay for them later on. I've made a bit of my own luck, but I sense I could very soon pay for it.

Hi, Dadman has slowed me down. I was supposed to have Kendari and Balikapapan by now. But I have went ahead and secured bases in the rear that were not on the list of base to take during this time frame. Tarakan as costly as is was has been taken early. I went to Kuching because without Kendari Allied TF are still roaming about. I think I pretty much have air range now right up to Java. After the USN CV were spotted in SRA I moved the South Pacific landings up so I am ahead in a few places and behind in others.
Historically Singapore fell on 15 Feb and the Japanese landed on Java on 28 Feb. 15th Army captured Rangoon on 8 March 1942. Bataan held out till early May.
My goal has been to secure the SRA and have oil and resource moving towards Japan by 1 April 1942. Major operations of Phase 2 will commence on 1 May 1942.
Prior to Phase 2 commencing the ground units need to be transported and reach 100 prep on objectives.
The IJN needs to refit and repair
supply and fuel need to be staged
airfields for CAP and inderdiction need to be prepared.
