They definitely care and they definitely listen. If Marc wasn't spending time he doesn't really have monitoring this thread searching for real issues, he wouldn't get any sleep at all. [:D]

So, anyone else see the contradiction?

I guess you´re the only one seeing it. There is no contradiction. Well unless you insist to make one up of course and don´t read the whole thread.

A fuzz about nothing, your lives must be really free of worries. This stuff get´s really boring.

LOL, belive me, their games show that. Which is why we are having this discussion to begin with. They have always listened and cared very much what we, the people who play wargames, want. NOT what the retailers, or mainstream gamers want.

There is an obvious contradition in the posts I quoted above. I am certain it is more a case of the wording and not a case of anyone actually saying one thing and doing another.

I still wanted to point it out, so Paul can tell me how this is a special case, and that he was refering to future special cases, which will probably be few and far between. THATS what I want to hear for certain.

But to reply with this " [>:] " is not a good answer to an obvious REAL concern.

I will not buy "opened" software at a retail outlet (they all do this now).

What do you mean exactly? The fact that employees at EB open up the first package that arrives and make warez copies of the CD for themselves?

LOL, no they only put empty boxes on the sheves to prevent shoplifting at the little mall stores like EB, gamestop, etc.

However, I do know that in the past they allowed employees to "check out" new games to take home and play, and then return to the store to sell. I dont know if they still do that with PC games, because of the potential abuse, but I know they did allow it in the past.

Someone with 21 posts trying to come across as caring deeply about what Matrix does just doesn't really fit. [:D]

Lets not make this personal, now. Concerns were voiced and addressed and its time to drop it now. i don;t want to lock the thread, but I think its time to move on.

Give me your advice and ask questions about the game in the interactive AAR above!

Well that reminds me, when I bought TOS it came in a box that was already opened. But the guy assured me it was all new and legit. Phew...

Guys, i really do not see the point here.
Why in the world you are attacking Matrix for its policy concerning retails and sellings?!?
You will have the game, either with Digital DL, either buyin' it online , either buying in the shops. So What?!
It's their job to decide what policy to adopt. Not ours. We, final customers, just have to care about the final product, not the way it is delivered to our desks.

p.s. My response is directed towards whining about early release and "contradictions"
