El Cid Again,

1) the japanese 16th division cannot be divided. I guess the programme thinks that that unit is not a division (not even a brigade, since the "divide unit" button is not available). You will have to fix this as well.

Interesting. Maybe it has an incompetent staff?

Will look tonight.

Didn't know you could prevent a division from dividing! But I can create a new one if need be.

I Hate to have to tell you this!
Just loaded version 2.51 of RHS and checked out the artwork for the Anson.
What do I find but art work of a Devastator!
Just to be on the safe side I checked out the full set of aircraft artwork and can not see any Anson artwork at all.

The catapult must of been as large as the one the RAF used experimental to fly the Wellington Bomber off of!!

Units like 3/VCS-1 have the SOC-3. You must have the incorrect aircraft file installed - because RHS uses radically different aircraft slots this will produce very interesting results. We have more planes and ours are mainly in order by type and nation - to make them easier to find when editing. [If I could, I would make everything that way. I can't. Some things - notably the device file - are no longer in logical order - due to hard code issues. The location file is substantially similar. So are the ship files. This is the main case remaining my sense of order still exists.]

The aircraft files for ALL versions of RHS are identical. Select ANY RHS aircraft file and rename it to 060 level for RHSCVO - or download again.
In general, the device, location, aircraft, ship class, pilot and leader files in RHS are identical - although I suspect you cannot mix location files between Russian Active and Russian Inactive scenarios. Someday - if we do shorter scenarios - I suspect that also will be defined somehow in the location file. But the substantial difference between RHS scenarios are in the ship file and in the air group file (mainly with respect to ships). Simply by defining what ships are what class - and when they appear - and what air groups are on them - you get the different scenarios.
