In Western USSR there are two Axis ground strikes. One German LND2 NW of Smolensk. And one Italian (LND3) against Zhukov (and ART) in Ukraine (hex 53,54).

USSR has two FTR2 that can intercept the ground strike in Ukraine. Germany has one FTR2 available.
