Voyageurs National Park is also a good place to go snowmobiling.
I'd check that out if I ever thought snowmobiling was an option again.

Well, you can also rent houseboats or go camping. Or stay at a resort on land next to one of the lakes.

Too many other things I'd like to do, and not enough time to get them done.
Besides, as I've said before, I've done all the camping I needed while I was in the military. No desire to do it again.
