why is the program asking if France want to commit subs when only CW has subs in the sea area?

Use them to adjust damage but I need to see the base odds to see which way, thanks.

If you use all points to increase you take 2A and Italy takes D 2A. Italian sub is aborted for sure and possibly damaged. Is that a good plan?

If I'm reading this right, that should mean I can take the 2A down to an A and have a D against the sub. If so, I'll go with that option, thanks.

Only 2 land combats are declared and Paris is not one of them.
Do Chinese choose assault or blitz?

Go with assault as I don't think it will make that much difference.
