Yes it runs very well, the only annoyance is that it doesn't have my desktop resolution.

I've played Wurm Online. Major differences between Online and Unlimited are these:
- Online is 1 server MMORPG, Unlimited has multiple servers
- Unlimited allows players to create their own servers, Online doesn't
- Online can be downloaded & played for free with some limitations (and without limits with paid subscription); Unlimited needs to be bought but most servers are cost free
- No modding with Online, Unlimited can be modded as much as you want
- Unlimited can be played solo, Online requires connection to the server

If you want to try the game, I recommend you to look up & download Wurm Online and give it a try. Then decide whether or not you want to invest more time & money for either game. Those can be tedious however: it took me about a week to build a house (with little help)!
