Germany rebased their high seas fleet to Brest a while back. Four out of the eight ships transferred have been damaged by CW so that they are no longer fit for action.

Reorg all for Commonwealth. Use Port of Spain, Singapore, Jesselton, then Kuwait saved oil, respectively.

Reorganize all for Free France, USA, and USSR. Use Akmolinsk saved oil for USSR.

Scrap the two fighters and USSR bomber.

Scrap the Mohawk fighter for China.
