The second was taken on 1/20/21 with the front part cleared and graded, and the footprint of the house staked out. Just need all the rain to stop for a while now.

Thanks for the offer, Marc! It may not look like it from the picture, but this is a 52 home development. All the lots are .5+ acres due to the need for septic, so they are quite spread out. The plans for the house were picked from a list, then the options selection started. [:D]

Good afternoon all. Been quite busy with a cancer issue since early October. Thus taking it easy. Still doing work for an architect. Then I go downstairs and relax. Hopefully this issue will resolved by early to mid April.

Before neighbors across the street moved to Larimore looking to build. I offered they picked one from a
list and I drew it up for them. We made plan tweaks Did not have all the specifics such as joists or
trusses and what sizes. So I gave them the floor plans only. No Elevations. I gave them a CADD copy to
take to the lumberyard for further development. Saved them a lot of money. They are very pleased.
I took her husband aside. Psst. How about a 40x60 man cave complete with a small lounge/game room and a
1/2 bath.[;)]

I am very optimistic. It is just a little cancer. Hell I had a head on collision with a planet 38 years
ago. This is nothing.[8D]

I would hate to see what the weather would be like if I went to a barber to get my hairs on the top of my head cut shorter and my beard shaved off. I mean, I trimmed my beard and look at the recent pleasant temperatures in the US of A.
