Rd1 results. Cananiss damaged. Liberated damaged. Alicante aborted. Both sides stay. Rd2. Search axis 1, allies 4. Same rolls as before. Flew German plane as fighter again. Should have flown as bomber (sorry). 3 surprise points used to select target. CA Cananiss aborted added to damage. CA Liberated sunk. CA Miguel 1/2 aborted. Both sides stay. Rd3. Search axis 1 allies 10. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. That's 3 axis searh rolls in a row rolling a 1. Too many options to complete battle via text. Will post pictures tomorrow for instructions. Right now I'm in a desperate need of a beer. 😞

Believe I figured things out from yesterday's post.
If I'm right, I'll engage the 3-box only with 10 surprise points (you have the CV, bomber with NAV factors and two fighters).
It will be an Air to Sea.
I'll spend 4 surprise points to increase my A-A by 2
I'll spend 4 surprise points to decrease your A-A by 2
The last two will be spend to increase my NAV attack by 1 column.
My first damage will be against the CV.
Any other X or D will go against the 5-5 Transport, any A will go against the CA (high AA) and then the BB with high AA.

Internet still out, but I did fight next round. AA. +2 axis, -2 allies, 8 surprise points used. RN swordfish & pilot destroyed. German NAV cleared. RAF Hampton aborted. Italian NAV cleared. (Bf 110c flown as fighter). No more bombers left, both sides abort AA. RN anti-aircraft: lowest 1 of 4. Lowest =4. Both NAVs have bombs reduced to 0. Both sides stay. Axis search 6, allies 8. Battle over. Will post pictures when internet is back.

MA41 i3:
Actions shown below. The Germans and Italians flew fighters out to the 2-box of the W. Med.
Some miscellaneous JP naval moves. First naval move in the European theater is the two GE BC out to the Bay of Biscay.
Will you intercept?

The RN will attempt to intercept. They will use the CA London in the 0-box for the attempt.

The two BC continued to the N. Atlantic, where they initiated combat. Die rolls of 7/4 resulted in no contact.
Italian sub moved to the Bay of Biscay and the GE sub initiated combat. Die rolls of 6/7 resulted in no contact.
Axis declined to initiate combat in the Italian Coast and the W. Med.

The CW has the option of initiated in the W. Med (Italians moved a CP to 0-box, and a loaded transport (4-3 INF from Marseilles) is now in the 1-box). Will you initiate combat?
