But it is out of focus otherwise you could see that it is a Spanish tank of American manufacture with a 90mm main gun on maneuvars during a Spanish winter in a woodland area.

You are wrong. Patton was filmed using the Spanish Army which had the M47 tank, not the German Army which also had the M47 tank.
