I'm not sure I have ever seen China build naval units....

They can do what ever they want, Japs have units in three hexes in China...

I've seen China with naval units often in the board game, I'm sure with the way the map is in MWiF you will see this even more often.

You listed what German cities MIL is coming in for reinforcements...what about the USSR?

I bet they do (will load the game if they want to abort), Italy also stays but sub goes to bottom as there are no more CP's. Combat in East Med is over.

Then Italian Coast. I kind of hoped all planes would be OOS at this moment.
