Incredible resistance put up by the Russians that impulse. Very tough luck for the Axis.

I noticed that the Dusseldorf MIL is in the pool, and is likely to be built. That will cause a problem because I do not think MWIF can place it. I suspect editing will be needed. Should it be solved when it is an issue? If it can not be placed, will it ride on the production spiral? Can it be edited in from there?

The Dusseldorf MIL wasn't picked so this issue is delayed for at least one turn.
