(1) Let me know if you think I'm missing something (related to axis strategy in this case) and I'll consider including as a WAR directive.
(2) As of now, Germany plans to launch Barbarossa at the start of turn 17, May/June 1942.
(3) Until then, they want to project the threat of being able to invade at any time (i.e., have the garrison ratio to break the pact if necessary) in order to "confuse" the Soviets.
(4) Also by waiting, Germany "minimizes" US entry level as the US ability to come to war with either Japan and/or Germany/Italy.
(5) All 3 axis major powers want to keep the US out of the war for as long as possible.

(1) All German U-boat flotillas & Italian Sub Gps will hunt unescorted allied CPs in the Faeroes Gap, Bay of Biscay and Cape St. Vincent.
(2) Also, each of the 3 sea areas hunted have minimal escorts (i.e., each 1 CA in [3]).

(1) Ge He 100, It Re 2000 & G.50 G2 F2 + RM BB, CA, TRS Gp -> West Med[2].
(2) West Med[0] CP will be RTB in order to minimize exposure of It/Ge[2].
(3) 3 Nav Gps (2 Gabby, 1 Erone) will react to West Med[2].
(4) CA Italian Coast[3] -> [0] to escort supply/shipment CP.

(1) Japan will use 2 of 3 LMs to establish a continuous FLOT in Korea (in the Mtns) and stabilize the situation there.
(2) Tokyo MIL from Amph will be debarked to eastern Korean coast (Sea of Japan).
(3) Remaining LM will be use to debark 6th inf army (pulled from Port Arthur) to Yamashita on the Manchurian/Korean border.
(4) Port Arthur will be garrisoned (defended) by Saigon MIL & Mtn div.
(5) Mar & mot div will be positioned to reinforce Yamashita's position.
