Turn 14. Nov/Dec 1941. Allied #6. Impulse Planning.
CW – Land, France – Combine
1. France will search in the West Med with the goal of RN/Fr surprising, fighting a surface (~35%) vs unescorted (by surface) Italian TRS Gp[3] & CP[0].
2. Risk (30%) is having to face a naval air from 3 Italian Nav Gps without fighter coverage; however, Nimrod CAG will “screen” Sunderland N4 & Belheim L3 in the air; but RN CVL, BB & Fr BB would have to face the 3 Italian Nav Gp.
3. 2 escorted RAF daylight strategic bombing raids vs Lille & Paris; both expected to be opposed.
4. RSA MIL, on Queens in China Sea[0] to Victoria, Hong Kong.
5. Automatic assault vs ALG Terr, SW1 of Algeris.
6. Rail, move rear troops in Morocco to front (Atlas Mts around Algeris) as optimal as possible.
7. Capture Asmara, Eritrea.

Turn 14. Nov/Dec 1941. Allied #6. Impulse Planning.
USSR – Land
1. Reestablish frontier garrison to maintain pact on Eastern Front.
2. The Soviets are playing a bit of “Russian Roulet” (which I think is fitting) on when to pull back; but don’t wish to risk pulling back & then fine weather in the arctic hitting (20% this turn & 0% next turn).
3. Zhukov will assault IJA 6th inf army, take Chinese Mtn hex NE2-Peking, establish FTC in China and position forces to capture Peking & Manchuria RP 67,145.

Turn 14. Nov/Dec 1941. Axis #7. Impulse Planning.
Germany - Land.
1. With assistance from Italy drive partisan chance to 0% in France & Yugoslavia.
2. Will not worry about “Nickle and Dime” moves to frontier for sufficient garrison to break pact this turn (being able to break next turn; i.e., 1942, and thereafter will be a no-brainer).
3. Deploy necessary fighters from Eastern frontier to position Reich Air Defense for next turn.
4. Continue to organize land and air forces on the Eastern Front; to include vacating the reinforcement city of Konigsberg in order to allow next turn reinforcements.

- 07-AX-IP-GER-Partisans.png (18.94 KiB) Viewed 279 times
Italy - Combine.
1. Deploy short range fighter (i.e., 3 range) to West Med[1] for SAS coverage of supply CP & to maintain presence.
2. This does carry 20% - 40% risk would be negated from storm & blizzard; but such are the decisions of war.
3. Sortie BB Vittorio Veneto to Italian Coast to reestablish presence and clear out RN/Fr raiding CAs.
4. Shore up Algeris’ defense & FLOT.

- 07-AX-WAR-Italy.png (29.2 KiB) Viewed 279 times
Japan.
1. Secure Seoul, maintain control & shipment of Korea RP.
2. Secure Peking China, maintain control & shipment of Manchurian RP.
3. Eliminate FIC Partisan to open up second
4. Secure Hanoi, FIC vs failed assault on FIC partisan.
5. FYI. Japan was graded a “DEFER” vs “FAIL” on JPN-WAR-131, “Capture Chengtu” even though they failed to met element (A) Capture Chengtu ONLY because they did met element [if not captured] (B) take losses less than or equal to inflicted on city defenders.
6. Otherwise; it would have been graded as a FAIL.
