Not sure if it has been addressed but every Jap ML and AG ship captian Rank is wrong.
Using WitpEditorX I found a couple of bad ship Captians. I went to change them and found a bigger issue.
Every AG captian rank is ENS (14) but if you try to change leaders in the game it wont allow any avail ENS to be selected. It will allow WO (13) to be selected.
I went into the editor and changed every AG captian to WO and now in the game it seems to work correctly.
All the Jap ML captians are CDR (18) or CPT (19). The game only allows LT (15) or LTjg (16).
The MSW's are wrong too, but I dont know to what extent.
I havent looked at the rest of the classes but I'm working from the smaller ship classes to the larger ones. (Assuming the designers paid more attention to CV's and BB's)

CL Denver has 40 plus serach planes in campaign 42a stock. 1.8.06 patch.
