a much closer battle then I expected

think I learned my lesson, the Grands are coming down to play

a odd battle, England and Russia combine to chase one of my fleets, catch it, and then run away (there hurting) they were hurting a lot more afterward

the English and Russian Fleets are in shambles, mostly they are sailing to try and mess with my Merchants, of course, I got my battles fleets out to protect them

overall things are looking good, did my march to the East

Finally !!!

I had a lot of minors all liking me, but wouldn't ask for my protection, so I marched on one of the lessers ones, and two others jumped right on board, then went up to Denmark, and invaded the minor to the side of them, and Denmark asked for protection

of course, I don't really need there fleet any more, but the more the merrier

I been busy, just didn't think you would want to read the same thing over and over again, I got the minors snapped up, and have moved over to knock out Russia

of course, not a great idea when winter is about to come, but I didn't plan on going too deep

I been building up my provinces, you are going to need courts, and lots and lots of courts, Farms will help too, as you going to need food for your armies and Pop (also, Farms help wool)

right now, I make about 420 food a month, I am needing 555, I got close to a 200 stockpile, so I am keeping even (being at war, and out of the country, jacks up the food costs)

getting there, went to total war with Prussia and knocked them out of the war, got everything I need out east, sailed down to NA and took what I need down there, but means I am still at war with Turkey

all I got is the easy stuff now, England and Spain

Any idea why you went from people feeling patriotic at 1000 down to 636?

people who don't eat, don't feel too patriotic

my waste ballooned out of control before I could get it back under control

had too many wars, ending all close to each other, so all the ceded provinces, overwelmed my court system

I got a new Diplo

and my waste, now that it is close to under control

I got enough food now, so I can go heavy on Cotton, but I also need that 5th level of court

one of the reasons that Campaign can be tuff, you need Courts, but you need Textiles to build Courts (and most everything else you need) so you never have enough Courts or Textiles, and a large Army, Pop, means you need lots of food, so a lot of provinces that can make good stuff, are making food instead, or are using up almost all there labor working on the court system

(just in case, play this one with Advance Ecc on, simple just isn't as fun)

finally, I get Gil to do some work, instead of hanging around the forums all day, took him long enough
