Well J/F 40 ended on the axis impulse on the roll of a 1. A few other things that happened during the turn, the Russians claimed the Baltic states, and Germany aligned Bulgaria and Hungary.
There were no new partisans this turn.
Here is a quick look at the production.
Germany: Armor HQ, pilot, Ftr -2, militia
Italy: Nav-3, pilot.
Japan: CV 2nd phase, pilot, cvp x2, Amphib, Mech.
China: Inf x2
CW: pilot x2, CV 2nd phase, Ftr-2, Inf, Terr, convoy point x2, Lnd-3
France: Inf, anti-tank, pilot
USA: pilot x2, Naval repair-CV, CV 1st phase, Transport.

The US also choose the option Build Chinese Aircraft. Another chit moved to the tension pool.
Here is the current USE.

Axis goes first in M/A 40, the weather in the N. Temp is snow, but having been delayed by the weather long enough, the Germans declare war on Belgium, they align with the CW, the US gets an entry chit for this.

Curious to know with your China defense why so many of the Chinese are defending in clear terrain.

Thanks for pointing that out Major, I do have a few in open terrain but i'm trying to position my line and most of these will be moved into mountains or behind river lines if they aren't already.

The CW take a naval and move out the bulk of their fleet to cover convoys and to project some naval power in key sea zones. Here is a shot of the global map showing CW convoys and the escorts.

So here is a good air to air combat. The CW try to strat bomb Germany. They send in one bomber, unescorted, who get blown up.

So here is a quick explanation of using an O chit during a land impulse. So i picked the HQ with the highest re-org value, in this case a 4. You double this value and that is how many land units can have their combat values doubled as long as they are with in primary supply range of the chosen HQ, which in this case of the weather being fine is 4 hexes. Now this is all from memory, so if i'm wrong on any of this please feel free to correct me here.
