France combined. TRS to CSV loading INF from Morocco.

USSR combined, TRS loaded with stronger INF to port in Bulgaria with HQ.

USSR rails ARM HQ to west.

France rails INF from Bordeaux to Nice.

On Allies 3rd impulse full pass should be a good option.

Is CW sending HQ from Egypt to France now?

Yes, CW will take a naval. Wavell to Biscay (disembark France next impulse). INF at Gib to Alex and Elite INF at Southampton to Gib. MOT back to North Sea with escorts. We won't be able to do full pass though. Could do all except CW.

Take HQ straight to port and reirganize TRS. If you stay at sea, Italy will sink it!

What box do you want TRANS to go to. It can get to 2-box but I suggest 0-box where there's an escort? Italian subs could be a problem if they DoW.

One slight problem. Rabat isn't a port. The INF can't load. What do the French want to do?

Send one CA to Baltic Sea. I move INF to port and send TRS next impulse.

It's dangerous to have a loaded TRS in the Western Med with Wavell on it. It's waving a red flag at a bull. If Italy DoW's you it will get a pretty good shot at the TRS in the surprise impulse. So make sure it has a large fleet protecting it. A better move would be to put Wavell ashore using the TRS. Sure, that means one INF less in France this turn, but with this weather...

Wavell went direct to Toulon.

Would it be smart to send Wavell to Bayonne to guard French oil and keep hex safe if Germany is going to Spain? CW would have HQ and 4 Corps in north. I hope we can buy some time.

If Germany is planning to go for Spain, we can make it difficult. And if they go for 1941 Barbarossa, I hope USSR in Bulgaria will cause some problems.

I was thinking of swapping Wavell and Gort around, putting Gort in Bayonne with one of the other BEF retreating there when the time comes. I'd rather pull Wavell out if possible.

Of course. After Paris falls, can CW leave Inf and Mil alone to Bayonne?

Okay, I'll keep Wavell out of the way down at Bayonne and hope air support from UK can ward off ground-strikes on Gort. 2 BEF units to withdraw to Bayonne, once the line is collpasing and before the rail link is severed. Others will have to be Dunkirked, if not destroyed.

Optimistic plan is to hold lines until 1941 and CW has no rush.

Don't forget that with this plan, the CW needs to focus on boots on the floor. You don't want the Italians to grab French North Africa. If possible, send CW TERR into Malta and Gibraltar and use the units currently there to go into French North Africa. The defense of the Med is just as important as the defense of France, where the CW are concerned.

And don't totally empty the UK. You make it a target for invasions. I would advise you to leave the MECH and a fast MOT on the island, together with two MIL/GAR.

Good idea on Terr's. The one in BSO will need to stay but the Nigerian Terr is useful and could be brought up to the Med. Not sure about building other Terr's as it's a bit of a lottery where they'll arrive. Probably do the other MIL's first.

No, don't build them. Simply use the Nigerian one. It's useful for Gib or Malta...

So long as the RAF is in range from Britain, the Germans will most likely not mess with CW units in France. As Germany, I stay away from British air power so long as its only covering CW units in the north. I don't think you have much to fear.
