better to start oct 40 US doesn't get good tanks till 41

You can take France, of course, I play with Italy
We can start in 1940, I would rather choose 1938. I don´t see the lack of American tanks as a serius trouble, as Japan and Italy will never get good tanks and the the once powerful French taks are obsolete by mid 1941. 1938 would be better because the Soviet tanks are becoming vulnerable, while their fighters are obsolete, they must use I-16 until late 1940. Any start date we choose will have balance issues but with 4 vs. 3 games the teams must work to share equipment, I believe.
Anyway, you can vote to decide.
