I do hope both of you Roosters keep on crowing over winning this battle while we open another bottle of rum and settle in to win the WAR. [:'(]
I haven't had a chance to talk this one over with Steve yet. With the big delays from my schedule and him being on his trip, we did our parts about 5 days apart this time. There may be some lessons learned that we can share after our Supreme Allied HQ has a chance to screen them (and find a scape goat to pin this one on [:D] ).
Oh, you have no need for a scape goat. I completely screwed up and was totally negligent. The difference between Kimmel/Short and me , is I really was negligent and not just guilty of a lack of imagination. The only possible thing that might have pulled it out for us would have been single turns. On the 1st one my planes sighted 10 ships and were overflown by a Jake. Obviously NOT a sub based Glen. Instead, I watched a trainwreck that I had allowed to happen. [:(]

Steve,
Why is their failure to launch your fault? You sighted our force(s), right? Don't let the fact that they elected not to launch shouldn't weigh too heavily on you, dude.
Do you have any other insight as to why there was a failure to launch? Doesn't sound as though it was a lack of recon. [&:]
