Germany, Italy – Naval
1. Eastern Front – No DOW vs USSR due to weather; Germany elects NOT to break the Nazi-Soviet Pact.
2. Atlantic – Germany U-boats & Italian Subs max effort raids against allied convoys in (a) Bay of Biscay, (b) Faeroes Gap, (c) Cape St. Vincent.
3. Objectives of raids are: (a) disrupt allied convoy lines by sinking/aborting 6+ CPs, (b) breaking allied supply line from UK to Morocco to British and French Forces in Morocco, Algeria & Tunis.
4. Med (West Med) – Italian RM and airforce supported by Luftwaffe fighter wing(s) will (a) break RN supply through West Med, (b) reestablish shipment of Sardinia RP/establish redundant supply and (c) break allied presence in the sea zone.
5. Med (Italian Coast) – Establish presence and control off the Italian Coast.
6. Med (Germany, Rebase) – FW 190A-2 from Munich to La Spezia/Genoa and in position to provide coverage over West Med[3].

Japan – Combine.
1. The following moves will all be made with the goal of minimizing oil as Japan has no stockpiled oil and only 1 oil income (from their Synth oil plant in Tokyo).
2. Position/Deploy reinforcements in Home Islands to Korea and China.
3. Specifically, Umezu HQ-I (Northeast China), 12th inf army (Seoul), 2nd eng, 3rd inf div (China).
4. Garrison/screen all RPs under threat; specifically, CHI Iron 68,141, MAN Iron & Korea Iron.
5. Set ASW/surface raider patrols in the China Sea.
6. Rebase OOS strategic bombers in China to bases in supply.
