Possible minor error...the Chilean AP 45 Piloto Pardo is listed as "merchant." It looks more like an OPV.

[FIXED DB v440]
about Ka-27PL and Ka-28 (all database entry)
in database this ASW helicopters use RGB-75 this is wrong
russian sonobouys used not separately but in standart "cartridge"
and RGB-75 "cartridge" is to big for Ka-27PL bay
Ka-27PL and Ka-28 use RGB-NM-1 "cartridges"

as you can see there is 18 RGB-NM-1 in one "cartridge"
also for some reasons in database not presented so called "Full Search" loadout with two RGB-NM-1 "cartridge" (36 RGB-NM-1)
in Ka-27PL bay there is two attachment point so loadouts should look like: RGB-NM-1"cartridge"/torpedo , two RGB-NM-1 "cartridges" or two torpedoes
Could you make the necessary changes in database please

Minor DB 3000 nomenclature correction: Facility_2248 is ID'd as the "FLAT FACE B (P-19, Kasta 2E Upgrade" I believe the Kasta 2E upgrade is designated as FLAT FACE E (NATO) or P-19 39N6E. See

#3516 - P-3B Orion
Question regarding sonobuoy loadout. Virtually every other P-3 variant in the CWDB carries 100 passive buoy´s and 40 active, while this one carries 40 and 40.
DB error or actual historical loadout?
Doh! wrong DB again[8|]

One can probably find more details by digging up an actual manual but here's what I found with Google:
A total maximum weapon load includes:
six 2000 lb mines under wings
two MK101 depth bombs
four MK50 torpedoes
87 sonobuoys
pyrotechnics, signals
http://www.p3orion.nl/technical.html
The P-3C carries 84 sonobuoys

Part of the problem is sonobuoy size.
In Western standards:
A-Size =1
A-Strech = 1 + longer lenght.
B-Size = 1 + bigger diameter.
G-Size =1/2 x A (half lenght than A-Size)(Denominated A/2 size in France).
F-Size =1/3 X A (one third of lenght than A-Size)(Denominated A/3 size in France).
I think the common values of 84-87 in P-3 are referred to A-Size.
For years working on a sonobuoys table, but the data are very scarce.
As idea of reduction in size, the Soviet RGB-N Iva (1955) was of 45 kg weight, and later with the same performances the RGB-NM Chinara (1961) was of only 15 Kg weight.

Centurion C-RAM
MANTIS C-RAM
Skyshield
Im sorry but I can't post links to relevant information sites, don't know why but I'm sure you can do this on your own.
Thanks

Some notes for Peru (things I noticed when brainstorming ideas for a scenario featuring Peru against a drug cartel...)
1. Possible error in database: the CH 81 Almirante Grau is only listed as being in service until 1999, but appears to still be in service. So it should either be listed as 1997- (instead of 1997-1999) or, if the gun upgrade was removed or modified, there should be a 2000- entry.
2. Two of the submarines are Type 209/1100 instead of 209/1200, so that type should be added for Peru.
See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peruvian_Navy and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_209_submarine for details.
3. Peru currently operates BAP Tacna (ARL-158) (the ex-HNLMS Amsterdam (A836), which I believe is already in the database, so adding it should not be difficult). Please add it.
4. Peru currently operates two Terrebonne Parish-class landing ships (both former U.S. ships). Please add them. I think Greek and Turkish versions are already in the DB3K, but I am not sure if any differences exist between these and the ones sold to Peru.
5. Peru will be getting two Makassar-class landing platform docks in 2015. Please add them. I believe the Indonesian versions are already in the database, but I am not sure if there are any differences between these and the Peruvian ones.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Makassar-c ... tform_dock
(The Philippines are getting Makassar-class ships, too.)
Thanks for considering these. They will increase the scenario possibilities involving Peru.

Uh, looking over the F-20 Tigershark and noticed it couldn't carry the AIM-7 Sparrow. From what I was reading a couple months ago the F-20 Tigershark was designed with the capability to fire the AIM-7 Sparrow, and did actually use it in testing conditions for mock air-to-air engagements. Possible might have been an error, and wanted to let you know after taking a look at her in the DB.

More for Peru...
This list was inspired by the experience of brainstorming a scenario and then as I tried to put in the units going "hmmm..that's not in the database, but I can use...no, wait, that isn't in the database, either...well, what abou--
damn it!"

Mind you, it's not a huge issue...I can just work on other scenarios until these get added, but I am hoping to see them in the database someday. Thanks for considering them!
Fokker 60 - Maritime Patrol version <-- not sure how different this is from the F.50 used by Singapore, which is in the database

Fairchild C-26 Metroliner <-- refitted for surveillance; not sure if these are any different from the version in the database used by Venezuela

Beechcraft Super King Air B200T - Maritime Patrol version <-- Malaysia has a 200T (in the DB3K), but I don't know if it uses the same sensors, etc.

Kaman SH-2G Super Seasprite <-- other versions in database, but I was not sure if Peru's were different from the NZ ones

UH-3H <-- utility version of Sea King, apparently used by U.S., too, but I could not find it in the database; probably not too hard to add since so many other variants are already in the database

Found another one for Chile...
AP-46 Contraalmirante Oscar Viel Toro <-- lower priority to add to the DB as she is going to be decommissioned in 2015, but an armed icebreaker is always a good addition

Added all requests to the list.
We're working but the list is getting rather long guys so we're going to start prioritizing by what we think will actually get used and what has good links attached (not just one wikipedia link that obviously hasn't been even looked at as its one line of test[:D])
Thanks!

I think the Mk III is already in the database. It's listed as the Mk 3 Swift PB.
