For US romantics peoples, birds are so cute little things

Until they crap on you. Rat bastards.

Hearing song birds is great, but I like even more the sound of ducks (also birds, right?) I volunteer for Sylvan Heights Waterfowl Park in Scotland Neck, NC. Well anyway, nothing cheers me up quicker than the collective sound of ducks and geese. Love it!

Rum cheers me up quicker, but I like to listen to birds, too.  [:D]

We have a good number of red tail hawks in our area.  I love watching them glide and hearing their cries.  

Edit: When the hawks turn and bank, their broad and rounded wings always remind me of a Spitfire. [8D]

Okay, imbibing our favorite rum drink (I prefer scotch) while listening to birds chrip (or ducks quack) and simultaneously watching bird on bird carnage will cheer up all of us.

As long as the little buggers stay off my lawn! Or I can cause soome carnage of my own! [:D]

I'm a scotch fan too.

Beer,Scotch,other whiskey,wine,and even rum will do (depending how you mix it--daquri's are great!). [:D]

I much prefer bird on squirrel carnage.

Eric, when I get in black moods, I find that humor conquers all. It's truly hard to be sad while watching the Marx brothers,Monty Python, the three stooges, or listening to Weird Al. Laughter truly is the mest medicine, as it's the exact oppososite of depression. Read a joke, see a humorous video or listen to any thing Sprior says. It almost always makes me feel better.

Or you can always go out an kill something. [:D] Like birds! Or play both sides of an AI game (so you can sink the KB cause it's planes are set to training!) [:D]
