Is everyone else as deeply impressed with Gallant Britains efforts to defend her allies?

Hmm, possible minor buglet for pbem.
Seems you can violate another's neutrality without provoking a DOW even if they are set to aggressive. I'll check my pbem settings when I have time to look at the turn properly.
Sorry for the slight delay, got to go right out so can't put the turn in til this time tomorrow.
I admire Russia's strategy of thwarting Britain by attacking anyone else apart from the British[:D][:D][:D]

The threat of the Spanish fleet having been removed after the sudden cancelation of our alliance, we have no reason to worry about minor Spanish forces going on R and R on the Portuguese Coast.

Well you know what they say! If you wanna fight with the pig, pick on her piglets!

That and this little problem of Lord Nelson lurking around in that large expanse of water b/w Russia and the British Isles . . .

Seriously though, I didn't _REALLY_ mean to DoW Sweden . . . its just that sometimes . . . well, it almost feels like someone else takes control of the Mouse while I'm playing my PBEMs. I start talking with this strange accent and saying things like "We want ONE MILLIYON DAWLERS . . ."

. . . I figure since Mus and I have locked horns so much, the least I could do was help him in the almost inevitable outcome of winning this match by knocking his closest competitors (his two best allies BTW!) down a peg or two, well either that or provoke EVERYONE to DoW him all at once . . . either way Russia is probably not going to win it, but still more fun to throw some stuff at the fan here in the final months . . .

Question here: in the rule book (the hard copy one) there is some mention about a nation having its armies adjacent to a border being a cassus belli and allowing a player to issue a warning that will then turn into a state of (presumably lower-glory-cost) war on the following turn if the offending border builder-upper does not back off.

Has anyone actually noticed that? Is it a right-clickie on the map or something.

Heh! It was actually AFTER I DoWed Sweden that I realized his little army there was NOT actually on the Russian border [:'(]

Sorry! [:D]

Oh now you lot want to get organized huh?! [:D] Where was this chutzpah when I made my Call to Arms? And even now France is being undermined by her "allies" lol. You wonder why France doesn't act? [:D] Anyway speak for yourself, France has at least caused some insurrections, one in British territory. [;)]

Most people probably can't get past your mindless aggression to wonder about it.

Those who can probably already know my strategy.

[:D]

Take note, Britain has only declared war in self defense and in the defense of our allies when requested!

The world needs to worry about the aggressive tendencies of France and Russia and what they will suffer at the hands of these tyrants with more than a million men under arms between them!
