Its a bit strange to see two parties at war with one another sending aid to the same empire.
It would save everyone trouble if King Kingmaker and King Ironwarrior simply send their gold directly to France and Russia-as they will have it soon anyway. The Sultan has no interest in Austrian gold-so don't send any to Istanbul. The Sultan is interested in more tangible things than gold.
