1942 November 10
INVADED
Paoshan, Mengtze, Urumchi are invested.
CHANGED OWNERSHIP
Nookanbah is occupied by the Allies
Overall
• No carrier sightings.
• We've begun buying back destroyed units. We have a good pool of British squads, a huge pool of Australian squads, and Indian squads are in good shape (about 4 months of building needed). We are going to need help with garrisons on India to free up larger units for combat.
West Coast USA, Alaska, Hawaii
• Enemy sub activity near San Francisco, Los Angeles.
• All convoys report no contacts.
• Still afloat, but must make port.
Pacific
• Enemy sub activity near Funafuti
• All convoys report no contacts.
• Darn.
New Zealand, Australia, New Caledonia, New Hebrides, Solomons, Papua New Guinea, New Britain
• No enemy sub activity detected. Enemy sub activity near
• All convoys report no contacts.
• No supply hits!
• With Nookanbah secured the tanks move on toward Derby.
Philippines
DEI, Dutch new Guinea, Borneo, Malaya
China
• The rearguard will take a beating. Unfortunate, because the primary combat power in the rear guard is a very good unit it would be nice to preserve.
• Big success here!
• We are moving more units toward Chungking; we can't be sure when any of the remaining positions to the wartime capital collapse.
India, Burma, Thailand, Indochina
• No enemy sub activity detected.
• They used ammo.
Japan, Korea, Manchuria, Russia
Complete combat report attached.
