That reminds me. Went to check out a new seafood place today. Nothing spectacular, but one of the plaques the had on the wall for motif said "old sailors dont die, they just smell that way". Not sure why, but I automatically thought of you..... [:'(]

A sink hole? Does this happen often in Florida? I guess it's to be expected when your whole state is basically a big chunk o' limestone...

Actually Florida is a big chunk of fossilized gator poo.

Sink holes happen often when the conditions are right. The conditions are right. Several have opened up around the state.

If Mynok is right, they'll just fill em up with more gator poo. [:)]

Wow. Do you have any idea about the " what and where " regarding that plane T ? I do not understand how that pilot can land that thing.

It was a testbed for structural weakness ([:D]) and on a flight on 10 January 1964 had its tail ripped off by turbulence. It landed safely, with the aid of Boeing engineers on the ground, was repaired, and served until 2008.

In brighter news......saw Eddie Izzard in concert at Madison Square Garden last night. Truly the show of a lifetime.
