Include just the 2-box. All points to maximise damage as I think the Allied damage is NE, thanks.

Ouch, Axis situation in the Eastern Front is not good, if turn does not end.
Rundstedt retreated in the woods I assume, being all alone (though Romanians can reinforce and be in supply).

Rail Movement:
Germany: INF from Brussels to Warsaw, INF from NW France to Krakow Poland.
Italy: HQ from France to Austria, troops in Yugoslavia are in supply.

Land Movement:
Germany moves one div from Rumania and another from Poland to create railroad connection from Germany to Rumania. Now all troops in Rumania and Greece and in supply (at least for this impulse).

Germany is trying to create a defense line in Poland and Rumania.

German div cuts Murmansk railroad.

Japan occupies empty city of Kweilin and US gets dramatic (roll 1).

Four attacks this impulse

Japan uses Attacking HQ support in Chihkiang.
Germany uses ground support in Budapest.

Here are final odds. Allies can choose combat table in every combat. In Greece attack vs partisan is automatic and in other combats assault seems to be the only option (except maybe in China vs CAV div but it is almost automatic) so I move on using assault in every combat.

Japan makes an successful (but not perfect) attack. On a roll 7 US is not that interested.

Germany rebases FTR in Rumania few hexes, and 2x He111 from Sicily to Poland.

Italy rebases Sparviero from Rumania to Poland and Erone from Greece to Sicily.

Rommel reorganizes 3 units in East Prussia.

The weather stays nice.

Ok, I thought it was much worse than this. You need more mass and build a strong Luftwaffe and you can achieve some stability in the short run and some gains in the longer term. The German and Italian production multiples must be good?

Nice to have cut the Murmansk rail line.

The Soviet unit in East Prussia probably will be moved away before the end of the turn.
The Yugoslav in Vienna is OOS so won't up the multiplier.
Last thing Allies want is to have the Germans produce even more than they would. A +0.25 in Italy is much less relevant than a +0.25 for Germany; especially if Pola gets manned too - and Zara could have been taken too (since it's Italy and not Yugoslavia - but probably there was a shortage of forces for!)

The situation is not exactly good for the Axis in my eyes.
The Soviets can easily screen poland front, descend with their mechanized branch to try to sever the Ploesti railroad, and in the while as they've bases to offer fighter escort, bomb the oil fields strategically over time.

The Axis whole Oil supply atm comes from Ploesti and the 2 fields in Germany. If the Axis begins to struggle reorganizing their HQs and planes, not to speak of fleets, already in the '41, their operational ability will be crippled.

At this moment Germany has in production track:
J/A FTR-2, pilot, 2xINF, 2xSUB
S/O FTR-3, LND-3, 2xpilot, ARM HQ

German reserves are:
2x pilot
3x FTR-2 (all with air to air value 6)
FTR-3
And some worthless planes

In Kiel Germany has 7 submarines ready to go, as soon as they have time to take combined or naval
