The dent in CW convoys reduces production to 17, with 7 saved oil.

USA produces 10 and saves 1 oil.

CW warships in North Sea, West and East Med stay at sea. Fleet in North Sea goes to Plymouth, TRANS to London. Escorts go to either Gibraltar or Liverpool. TRANS go to Cape Town and Halifax.

CW reorganises all (5.3) for 5 oils spent.

US reorgs all except 2 CP's for no spend.

Production

China 5 - MIL and GARR. 1 BP saved.

CW 17 - FTR-2, Pilot, INF x2, CPx3, BB repair, AMPH 1st.

USA 10 - CV second, TRANS 2nd, CVP-1, Pilot.

Italy conquers Algeria.

China refuses to surrender.

Reinforcements

Chinese BP saved in Chungking.

Initiative: Axis 3, Allies 6. Allies go first.

Ground-Strike (cont):
Germany

The Armee de l'air orders an MS406 fighter to attack German aircraft seen heading toward their units northeast of Paris. The Bf-109's of JG5 are ordered to escort their comrades of StG1. Meanwhile the diverting of the fighter defences of Paris to the northeast allows the Stukas of StG2 a clear run at the capital.

Air Battle - Round 1
Allied - 12 - AC. The Stuka formations evade the French aircraft and continue on to their target
Axis - 16 - DX. The German fighters, flying well above their charges, spot the French fighters as the latter search the skies. The French completely fail to notice the Messerschmitts coming from above and behind, and soon the French aircraft begin falling out of the sky. [The pilot is saved].

AA fires.

If splitting gives lowest of 6 to both hexes, then go with that. If not, only fire to adjacent hex.

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean - from RAC:

Organized in-supply anti-aircraft units can shoot
at enemy aircraft flying a mission to the AA unit’s
hex or to any adjacent hex (this represents the AA
units being spread over a wider area).
Each AA unit can fire up to 4 times a step. It
can fire 4 times at one hex, three times at one hex
and once at another, etc. If you fire twice at one
hex, double the unit’s AA value. If you fire 3 times
at a hex, triple the unit’s AA value. If you fire 4
times at a hex, quadruple the unit’s AA value. You
can add several AA units’ values together.
Example: Your 3-factor AA unit fires twice at
one hex and twice at another. Your 1-factor unit
fires once at the first hex and three times at the
second. Therefore, you fire 7 AA factors at the
first hex and 9 at the second.

2 shots to each hex. 6 AA factors gives lowest of 6.

The AA batteries were sufficient to put the Stukas off their stroke

The weather conditions do not allow for too much movement and so the Germans are subject to a few detail changes south of Paris.
