I agree. The Germans have crushed Russia. The Americans and Commonwealth have met in secret and although the Americans are not in the war yet, their entry is imminent. The two powers believe that they can still win the war. Therefore, the Allies will fight on.

Rail movement:
Germany:
GARR Rumania -> Calais
Land movement:
Japan:
HQI Terauchi -> W
5-5 MOT -> NE
2-4 MOT Div -> W
Italy:
TERR AES -> Eritrea
INF Belgium -> France
Germany occupy Yaroslavl, Saratov, and Stalingrad.
Most of the forces in USSSR move into attack positions.
Germany makes 5 attacks in the Soviet Union. One FTR3 adds two points to the Moscow assault, and one LND3 adds to points to the attack on Rostov.
What combat table will USSR select in hex 54,57 Ukraine (highlighted in the picture below)? Maybe I need your call on the Rostov attack as well?

Next attack is hex 54,57 in Ukraine. The table choice here is not as clear as I would like. Assault, or blitz?
