Nope, I have re-downloaded rebooted my computer several times. Still no success.

Do you have some anti-virus software running in the background? Turn that bad boy off for as long as it takes you to install?

Thanks it worked. It was Avast causing the issues.

Thank you michaelm for continuing to improve the game!
Was checking out the 'Back' button added to the database aircraft list, plus I have to get to know all the aircraft better, and noticed the screen is NOT sorting properly on the Gun Value and Type headings....

Type is sorting. Gun value isn't. Don't think it was working earlier.
Actually a few of the columns don't seem to be ordered.
Ah. The aircraft list is getting sorted. And then, it tries to sort the non-aircraft list behind it. Which changes sorted aircraft list when both lists having data in same column position.
Fixed for then next update.

michaelm, Thanks as always for your hard work.
As you know, the Air squadrons show how many kills they have. Well, If it can be done, how about showing the Confirmed kills a Sub has? I don't know about anyone else, but I think this piece of eye candy is important if you need to send a sub into an area that maybe a little tougher than others. More experience....GP

Haven't visited in a while so I thought I'd check in (and I'm starting a new game on 7 December...) and saw a new beta patch was uploaded just a few day ago. I haven't updated since the new "official" patch earlier this year, so this was a nice surprise. So, ya Michael, thanks again for the thousandth time!
...and the kill history for subs (or any other surface unit, for that matter) is a good idea. No idea how, or if that can be implemented, but it would be cool.

Not likely.
Search this forum as there a plethora of threads with help for this problem.
Most solutions consist of adding command line switches after the executable file in your short cut.
-deepColor worked for me.

Actually that's why I ask the question on this thread.
It was mentioned on one of those post about windows 10
by an individual that when he installed the latest beta
his windows problem went away.
I was just fishing for a confirmation.

Hello
I am trying to use WitpAe with a windows tablet (fujitsu ST6012) in full screen mode.
Having no keyboard could it be possible to add a button to the main tool bar to minimize the application or to add a choice to the exit menu ( Quit the game? Yes No Minimize)?

In versions before that change, it requires 2 clicks of the TF control setting to cycle to CS convoys. Doing so would take it through Computer Control, which sets the speed to Cruise.
So now, if a TF type is able to do a CS (Cargo, Tanker, and Transport, to my knowledge) you will only have to click 1 time, and the speed will remain at whatever you had it set at before clicking. If you click again, it reverts back to human control.
