Well, phew ... I've been playing this turn and working on the turn's AAR since December 6, 2023. Took over 1 1/2 months to complete. And I've just reached the half way point of the game as defined by the number of game turns (i.e., 18 of 36).

I won't say that Russia is as bad as can be, because in A Blazing World, things are far worse, but it's pretty bad.

Wanted to send USSR Middle East 7 Oil via rail to CW (Egypt) and Free French (Syria). That's not remotely what MWIF did, or I could easily make it do.

The only issue left was the "additional" CW BP given (lend lease) to the USSR. I wanted it sent from India to the Soviet Union via the Middle East. I had the available CP chain (Bombay -> Arabian -> Persian Gulf -> Baku. But MWIF fought me on making and keeping this change. So, I decided to handle this 2 CW BP to the USSR off line also and get on with my life including this game!
