almost ready to make my move, then remembered, I can't go to war with Spain, as Spain is at war with England, so I got to stop the war with England first

I offer a cease fire to my English friends, they were most rude in there reply, odd people, I don't think a SOL could really fit there as it is !

so, I get ready to make my next move, and Russia DOW me

why ? I am a nice guy to live next door to, besides, don't look like they got much to go to war with (I had them pick on my enemies, and they took it on the chin:)

oh, my war with Turkey was short and sweet, I took what I wanted, then the Turks, didn't want to play anymore

so, basicly, I am sending my seduction forces into Russia, to keep them busy, while the Main Action goes on in England

not sure what them silly Ossites are up to, they asked for free passage, and I gave it to them, I should have enough spare troops standing around to keep them honest, but looks strange

this one was tricky, landed in England, took the area I landed in, next turn, moved my two big groups into London, and left two corps behind (well, shipped them in this turn)

part of the main English army comes into my landing area, but I can't reinforce from London, so I am left with what I got, and it is basicly 11 troops, some Cav and Inf, the English brings 11 or so troops, and then calls for help

so from what I pick up, 17 to 11 with the English having 2 Guns with them (oops)

I was able to mass, and I had blocking terrain and Cav to help out, I caught some off to the flank, then was able to squad up most of his line, my Inf then shot them apart, but, most of my Cav was shot up in return, 3 of them ended up getting broke, 2 reformed, one ran away, on the other hand, a few of the Routed English also reformed too

as I started to try and trap some of the last English from running away, I found the reinforcements, I was able to use the blocking terrain to again, use my mass very his weakness

over all a pretty good battle, and much closer, HARDer fought, then it may look or sound

even better, since I was on the attack

which losses were heavy, but check out the boxes at the top, that shows how much damage was done to my side

and I been keeping Gil busy

but to be honest, I think he should keep his day job

it has been winter, so our East, I have been staying in place (in fact, I pulled back to warmer places !)

hassled and chased the Russian group that was trying to sneak into my lands, finally kicked him out

my troops have returned from there little trip to England

and now, for something you don't see to often, can you tell what it is I am showing ?

and now, I am really for the finally push, the Russians are back in there homeland

I was hoping to go the HARD way and do a total war vs Spain, but, there are too many islands and odd places, I need to take first, so, will go for a quick win, then finish them off when the peace ends

this is the list of my troops, most of my Arty, is taken from my enemies

early attacks are good, but, the Spanish, rush out a Unit into France, I got enough sitting around to try and head it off, but that caught me by surprise

rebels in my backlands are messing with my supplies (but not for long) the Drive into Russia begins again

the Spanish Troops in Italy are marching out, so got another chase to do

Nappy was slow, and didn't make his landing on time, one of my corps and Army in the west were late in there landing also, so, not all going as well as I had hoped

dang Spanish Group that slipped out, made it to Paris, stattered my blocking Div, my Corps is still chaseing, split off another one, as back up, them sitting Paris is going to hurt, can't let them win the seige

so right now, it is a race, as to who can do the most damage, quickest (I had a blocking force in place, but pulled that for the landing in England)

things are a little more dicy then they should be

also, this one is costing me too much money, need to get this over with and get my money back under control !!!

hmmm, shifted my plans, I marching on Madrid right now, I was planning on a slow across the map war, I need to hurt them, and hurt them fast

well, that was a surprise, the Spanish Caved in before I marched into Madrid, guess they didn't know how close the deal was, but then again, in real life that would of been a no brainer, only in a game would you rush the other Nation's cap and leave your homeland open

Spain is crippled, will have to wait out the enforced peace, which gives me time to finish off the pesky Russians, and see what the Ossites are doing ????

but, the Spanish Cav was nasty, they almost pulled off a major upset, and they just got better with the Exp gain from losing the war

and the map, much better, maybe time to send the boys out on a little cruise, and see what the north seas are like at this time of the year (want to send Nappy to the underbelly of Russia, but that would be a long supply chain, so not worth it)

and my court system, finally, I can take on new Provinces with out it breaking my system and killing tons of my happy people

may have the highest tax rate in Europe, but we got very little crime (got them all over seas, stealing from people we don't like)

closing in, need to force the Russians into a peacetreaty, and then nail down Spain, this time around, I will go with Total War, and we fight until one side dies, 16 months until, the enforced peace runs out
