All my recon units (as they have done naff all for three turns) are at full strength
Tried clicking on the airbase, tried everything that should work
There is no reason sending them back to reserve should make a difference, but its my last hope at the moment.

Everything I have ever heard about 120mm mortars is that whoever was on the receiving side of them hated them with a passion. Very nasty weapon. The Germans really liked them when they captured them from the Russians and while they were considered "artillery units" in the Russian army, they were "infantry support" in the German army.
I believe they are still used today.

Just another clarification. If my Army HQ's have x2 construction units and 4-5 arty's should I LOCK it re.41? (soviets)

Thanks for nudging this, Daveion. I'm working through the 1941 campaign as the Russians and this is extremely informative and useful!

Keep in mind that as of 1.05.59 Soviet Army Command Capacity is changed as follows: 6/41-8/41 – 24 9/41-3/42 – 21 4/42-9/45 – 18
Soviet Tank Army Command Capacity is changed to 15.
