OOB, casualties and destroyed Soviet units

I'm gutted to have to pull out of the game, which wasn't really affected by the recent changes, but RL issues just got a bit too much to give Kamil the game that he deserved.

It would have been a very interesting '42

Anyway, I thought I'd put up the Russian situation.

North Western

Not many troops, as they are not facing any German Panzers.

Reserves well back at Yarolslav, but decent fortifications and plenty of air cover, and lots of good generals.

Now the start of the Russian Major Defences

Lots and lots of high quality (well, for '42!) Russian units just behind the front line, in decent positions.

The main Russian defences, with most of the best units and all the shock armies

This facing all the German Pz and Motorised troops, massed around Tula and Voronezh

I wasn't bothered if he pushed east from Voronezh, as there isn't a lot there, but there are strong defences at Saratov and Stalingrad, and twelve motorised brigades training and fortifying.

Strong, deep defences if he tried to push north to Moscow

Again, not bothered if he's gone East, but his armor is far enough away for me to use this area for counter attacks.

Rostov area

Basically, as soon as he attacks up around Moscow, I counter attack here.

I'm about another army away from what I need, but I think I'd have caused him problems

Crimea

No point attacking here because of supply issues

Again, as soon as the attacks start up around Moscow, I'd base a lot of level bombers around here and attack Polesti.
