Not really as I have not lost that many battles. But as my generals have defeats added up, they might eventually be sacked (when the win:loss ratio of battles becomes too low).

My recons this turn indicates that come March, I should strike south of the Pripjet with all my panzers as that is where the USSR concentration of forces is the least. 11 USSR attacks meant 4 helds, 6 retreats and 1 rout. Our 16 attacks gave 2 helds, 12 retreats and 2 routs.
