Today is my 12th anniversary according to my profile and account information. But it says that no coupons are available for this account. It does show that three accounts have been merged!

So my date of anniversary is 8/21/2004 why no coupon? Maybe its a question of "eventually it will show up, its on the way".
Does it have to come down to me having to open a helpdesk. I was hoping the wrinkles have been ironed out of the system by now.

I had an anniversary coupon but didn't use it immediately. Do they expire quickly? If I go under my discount coupons in the member section I have nada.

I don't really get his. I've been a member for 12 years and have purchased way too many games. It's a nice gesture but I need to wait until something is released that I would be interested in purchasing. Don't get the rush to use the coupon.

Can you please check my anniversary date? Been waiting almost a year for my coupon, I thought today was the day, but haven't seen anything yet. I checked all the registration dates I could find and I think 10/3 was the right one. Antsy to buy something!!

I got mine yesterday and have the same "problem" as WBaugh. There's nothing but a few DLC's I don't already own. Now if the coupon came the month Strategic Command 3 was released, it would indeed be of great value!
I'll see if I can give it to a friend to use, but not sure about that.
