Howdy - how are things in SC??

Pretty good - this is the last day of my between jobs 'vacation'. i start on monday.
but now I must go do some work on the roof before it gets too hot or the afternoon thunder boomers get here.

Just annoys me, "we" don't target civilians deliberately, because our "enemies" are frankly incapable of winning a stand up fight with our armed forces or those of Luxembourg for that matter! they feel its fine to kill civilians instead using indiscriminate nail bombs.

I had a history class is college that covered Agincourt, Waterloo, and the Somme. Anyone see a common theme here? [:D]

The Annals of Tacitus covers a period of history that the Thread is about to traverse - starting with the death of Augustus and on, written by a guy who lived through the time... so i might be able to add a little more color to the history...

Will someone please make a post, so I will no longer be tempted to make an off color comment about The Anals of Tacitus?  [;)]
