I agree. Piers Morgan is a terrible interviewer / political hack. CNN really should vet their spokespeople better.
Dont really have an opinion on Piers Morgan, never watch the show. But that display of tinfoil hat histrionics is enough to turn me off to any point of view that guy might have.
I love the petition to deport him from the USA. And even better is the one from the UK, saying "don't send him back!" (including Jeremy Clarkson of "Top Gear"). Supposedly there is one from Oz saying "Don't even think it!". [:D] It is unsual even for a "newsman" to be hated and dispised on 3 continents! [:D]

Played "You Don't Know Jack" trivia on Facebook recently. The "Dis or Dat" category was to identify seven choices as either 1. One of Canada's 100 biggest cities or 2. A sound made whilest vomitting. This was in honor of J-Bieb's recent gastric expulsion on stage.
Hey, under a timer, "GUELPH!" could be taken either way.
Anyways, the announcer defended J-Bieb by concluding that he had to vomit on the stage, because he couldn't find anything else to Yukon. [:'(]

Yes. They make 'solar tubes' that are like potentiated sunlights that have much the same effect. They're pretty impressive in their ability to brighten up an otherwise dim room.

Hi all,
Oh dear Lord... [8D]
Microsoft Signs $617 Million Windows 8 Contract With US Gov't
Microsoft’s products to be utilized by U.S Army, Air Force, and Defense Information Systems Agency.
Microsoft has signed a licensing agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) related to its latest operating system, Windows 8.
The three-year deal, which is worth $617 million, sees the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) all granted access to Microsoft products. The U.S. government will consequently have access to the software giant's technological developments in data center consolidation, cyber-security, mobility and cloud computing.
The deal is the largest licensing agreement Microsoft has signed with the U.S. DoD. It covers nearly 75 percent of its personnel, with the contract itself being awarded to Microsoft’s large account re-seller, Insight Enterprises.
"Microsoft has longstanding relationships with the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force and DISA, and we are honored to expand our support of ongoing technology modernization efforts across all three organizations," said Tim Solms, general manager of Microsoft’s Department of Defense Business. "This agreement enables us to provide the best technology tools to an incredibly broad range of servicemen and servicewomen across the DoD, and we are looking forward to implementing to support their mission goals."
Microsoft said the DoD will have access to new tools including Share Point 2013 Enterprise, which can "unlock new levels of cross-agency information sharing," with its social communications features able to advance "intelligence and reporting capabilities."

It sounds like a "deck prism". (I have an inverted one on my side board on a light stand). They are a triangular peice of glass, installed flat into the top of the deck, with the lower part extending below deck , and using the prisim effect to intesify and cast light below decks on sailing ships.

Very cool! Looks like an awesome alternative to running electric lights in daytime. Now if I can only punch a couple of holes in my ceiling.....
