The cruisers Kirov, Ajax and Pensacola gets scrapped (according to the house rule in play). In addition the CW scraps the Dutch SUB and the US scraps the Brazilian INF and the AiraCobra FTR.

Germany produces 51 build points, of which 5 are send to Italy. It uses 4 oil for reorganisation. It finishes the Tirpits and repairs the captured Dutch cruiser De Ruyter. Builds are an offensive, 2 pilots, 2CVP, FTR2, LND3, MECH, Ski division and 3 INF.
Italy produces 15 build points and receives 5 from Germany. It uses 2 oil for reorganisation. It repairs the cruisers Colleoni and Cadorna. Builds are 2 pilots, NAV2, 2 LND3, INF, CAV.
Japan produces 28 build points and uses 3 oil for reorganisation. It starts the carrier Shinano, a BB and a cruiser. Builds are: 4 CP, 2 FTR2, 2 CVP1, TER, PARA.

France produces nothing, but receives 3 build point from the US. It uses 0 oil for reorganisation. It starts an AMPH.
The CW produces 30 build points and receives 5 from the US. It uses 6 oil for reorganisation. It repairs the Spanish TRS, finished the BB Anson, the cruiser Mauritius and a TRS. Builds are 2 CP, CVP1, FTR2, LND3, ENG, 2 INF.
The US produces 66 build points. It sends 5 to the CW, 3 to France and 1 to the USSR. It uses 7 oil for reorganisation. It finishes 2 AMPH, starts a CVL and 3 BB's. Builds are 5 pilots, 1 CVP1, 2 FTR2, 2 LND3, 2 LND4, MOT, 3 INF.
