In the tragic event that you should be crushed by a meteorite, could you please provide us with SG's phone number beforehand? We need to comfort her in her time of need. And help with that 401-k distribution.
I'll get right on it.

Is a "Lothario" a vehicle for tax avoidance? I thought that was the name of one of those I-tay divisions in North Africa?
I'm not sure. In Royal Navy parlance, does tax mean celibacy?

Cap - Why not utilize the 'fake really bad news and then negotiate to what seems like a compromise but was actually your original intent' technique I.E.
Start by trying to get not your kids as 401k beneficiary but Commando Indian Princess and then, reasonably, negotiate to your offspring.
(Rights to the live broadcast could be auctioned off to bump up the life insurance levels...)

The concept of celibacy does not exist in the RN. There are of course passages of time when sex is not available (we call this time "at sea"). I'm not sure enforced abstinence counts as celibacy.

From acquaintances in the USN, sailors have not been "at sea" since the first female was allowed to go to sea. By British custom, how long should the widow Mandrake remain "at sea"?

Knowing her, I'm going to predicted the morning period will not require the concept of the calendar.

So you mean something like mourning for the morning, then get on with life?

Depends on the size of the 401k she gets.

Yeah, saw that. I posted that with Siri from my I-phone. I think she was ticked off with all the stuff about Baffins Bridge so she sabotaged me by substituting "morning" for "mourning"

I think it would more about whether the grieving would be endured in West Palm Beach or Victorville.

The Kiowa must be doing terrible things to Rord Admirar Nerson. [:(]
Or maybe he got too close to Roswell and is being probed? [X(]

DU came home with good news, she finally has a career; she's been offered a place on a nursery nursing course. And she gets paid for the hours she does at the day care centre.

Burma/Siam: Out lads are getting close to Moulmein. I dont have the map in front of me but they should start landing tonight or tomrrow. They are spotted. The local WJD strike aircraft are not of their former glory. This is a good thing as the CAP is flying in from Basein (about 120 mi away). I think Ceres is with the surface group but I'm not sure.

Hong Kong: Some idiotic staff flunkie accidentally reset the range on the dive bomber at Karenko and reset the F6F's to sweep with no target...so.....naturally, the F6F's sweep over beautiful Amoy with no enemy aircraft to be seen and the dive bombers inpale themselves over HK for a couple of worthless AKL's. Okinawa: Kume-jima is now level 2. Some fighters and dive bombers from Karenko moved over. I suspect this has soemthign to do with the staff flunkie mis-setting the range on the dive bombers at Karenko.
I think JJ must be dug-in to the max at Naha. We aren't accomplishing much by air. Lost a snazzy new Ventura with headphone jacks at every seat and complimentary pillows.
