Aircraft take lots of ops losses when landing on heavily damaged runways (Airbase Damage does not matter) so I would not try to land transports at the base with 97% runway damage. However, if they are starting out from a base beyond the extended range of the transport aircraft, they might drop there by parachute (supplies can be air dropped this way).ORIGINAL: witpqs

If the Chindits are within extended flying range I would fly them to Kunming where the good road allows rapid (for the Chinese) movement forward. This assumes the enemy does not have blocks set on the road movement.
