You probably don´t want to hear this but it doesn´t end with the carseat. You need a bed, trolley, clothing and many, many more things! Its estimated (in europe) that a child costs about 120.000 Euro before they move out. The most expensive year is the first one...

Pretty much all of northern China is in the hands of the Japanese now. Several bombardments of Changsha by the Japs. Not doing anything but giving my guys some exp. Bombings of AFs. We do a shock attack at a lone Jap IR at Paoshan we loose over a 1k troops to very few Japs.

Burma
Troops moving around. We both have been doing some bombing.

Solomons
TI has a bombardment/SAG one hex away. I have some PT boats read for them with 3% moonlight and rain. Hopefully they will do some damage, if not I am sure these ships will have to return to Truk to rearm. Yamato has been in all the bombardment TFs. That's good for me. He's wasting supply and fuel for no gain.

Japs cut off my forces at Lashio. I have a BDE that will reopen the supply lines. Bombings

Lae will be invaded tomorrow. 1 ID, armor BDE, and a TD unit will land in the PM turn. 3 Jap units present 1 Nav Guard, 1 Garrison unit and an unknown unit. about 8k worth of men. 3 SAGs, 2 PT boat TF along with a bunch of subs will provide protection from a seaborne attack. I have planes stacked at 20k down to 5K. I don't expect much tomorrow but the next day, I want to be ready. Tomorrow DBs and TBs will be brought up with escort fighters just incase Koniu wants to crash my party.

Here is what I have been driving for almost 10 years now. Its a Audi A4 TS Quattro. I love that car but Maria is soon going to force me to ditch it for something more "family". [:(] Looks like a 7 seat Toyota is on the menu... [:(]

The audi is a really nice car. Its fitted with a extra large turbo and despite being just a 1.8 litre engine it produces 255 HP. The engine is...slightly modified. [;)] 0-100 km/h in just 6.2 seconds. When the Turbo hits around 3500 RPM it just takes off.

A friend of mine used to have an Audi S4, which was sweet. All wheel drive too so it could do any weather easily, and really got going wen stepped on.

I imagine your modifications turned the A into a bit of an S? [;)]

Don't let her make you sell it. It's a 4-door for christ's sake, how much more family can you get? One baby seat on each side! [:D]

We land troops at Lae. Most of our combat troops are ashore and in good shape. A Marine CD unit has some disruption but it wasn't prepped for Lae. I have more support troops that will land tomorrow and they will also be disrupted, but that's ok to me. I am having dreams of Jap SAGS destroying my ships at Lae. There's only 7% moonlight so that should help me some. I'm also thinking that the KB will show up and wipe out my fleet. I have over 200 fighters on LRCAP this turn. 20K down to 5K. 4 SAGS and 3 PT boat TFs with subs in every hex.

Lae invaded first 2 days of landings have been good so far. Koniu set another CAP trap for me. A TF was spotted at night and attacked during the PM phase in the same hex. I bet it was another 2 DD TF. We lose a lot of planes, I will be able to tell you more when I get the turn back tomorrow. My APAs and AKAs should be unloaded fully this turn. So they will be moved back to a safer locaton. I have secondary troops unloading from xAPs and xAKs.

Gasmata wasn't the target. A 3 ship TF was 2 hex away as a CAP trap. My bombers flew againist them.

We lose 136 planes to a handful of Japs. I can replace these. The support troops didn't unload at Lae. That's ok they would of probably been disrupted anyway. I will get them to Lae later. I am ordering a DA tomorrow. All ships are heading back to MB.

On a better note heres my truck. Ok maybe not my file is to large.

Ouch on the CAP trap. Not much you can do about it though except restrict the range even more on your strike planes. Do you have any Fletcher around? If so you can use them to hunt down his CAP trap ships. With the 11 hexes range they have a very long reach and can get back under CAP before the night is over.

We attack at Bhamo. I have ordered the tank units to attack on their own tomorrow. Inf will rest. I see a 9 ship TF heading up the coast of Burma. Bombardment group, are they going for Ramree or Akyab. Don't know. My wounded SAG is making its way to Calcutta for repairs. I have another SAG heading for Akyab. If he makes a run at Akyab I'm hoping my new SAG will hit them after they bombard. I can hope.

Lae we do a DA. Not bad. We will attack again tomorrow. A BB SAG takes a shot at our TFs heading back to MB. Bombers and subs slow the TF up allowing our TFs to safely make it to MB. No damage is done to the Jap SAG. One sub is lightly damaged. The SAG is 2 hexs south of Buna. I withdrew all the attack bombers the turn before so no attacks. Shame on me. They are ready to go now. I have cut back on there range this time. I don't know if Koniu will turn the TF around and head for h ome or do a bombardment on some close by base. Buna has 3 PT boat TFs. One is moving to the south 1 hex the other 2 will patrol the base with a CA SAG. I have bombers on night and day attack. Buna is the base I don't want him to attack. Lots of planes.

Bhamo: Armor doesn't do as well as I wanted it to. Ramree Island Crevalle puts 2 TTs into a Jap CL.[X(] Theres still 2 BBs and another CL able to fight. They are 2 Hex SE of Ramree Island. The CL hasn't sunk yet but will have to pass thru some subs to get out. I am hoping Crevalle will get another shot at it. I doubt it makes port anyway.

The BB SAG bugged out and went straight home. Lae is captured. The Jap troops are still in the hex but do not own it anymore. We attack tomorrow.
