Partisan is automatic, that makes no difference.

I have used O-Chit with better results... Also once with worse result. It was time to use one, I can't get them to my next game anyway.
Japan rebases LND to Sian. Germany rebases FW190 to Southern Poland.
Rommel reorganizes MTN, INF and FTR. Umezu reorganizes INF and MIL.

A Mil unit is railed from deep Russia to the northern front.
The Nationalists try to form what might be their last defensive line.
CW gets the line sorted in Greece and starts to organise the defence in Italy.
USSR gets the defence in the north more organised, pulls back in southern Poland but continues pressing in Rumania.
USSR tries 1 attack in Bucharest.

CW rebases Lnds from Malta to Italy.
Mao reorgs the two disorganised units from the attack on the inf div.
Timoshenko reorgs an Arm and 85mm.

Situation is critical in Rumania. This is not smart, but I will do it anyway.
Japan combined, Germany land (O-Chit used to restore all HQ's), Italy land
Japanese Trans loaded with HQ sails from Japan to Pakhoi in Southern China. Another Trans returns from China to Japan.
2 ground strikes in Poland. Ju88 attacks Mech and He111 Zhukov. Germany can put Zhukov OOS by moving one unit NW of Zhukov.
USSR wants to intercept with LaGG?
Edit: Adjacent to Zhukov USSR has 2 disorganized non-elite ARM.
