The CW is able to retake the Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, back from the Italians.

I'm not sure if this saves Kenya or if it's conquered and then liberate by the CW?
It saves it. Never conquered.

ND41 Axis Oil Usage
Germany uses last 3 saved oil to reorganize everything except for the Graf Spee.
Italy uses 2 saved oil to reorganize all units.
Japan uses 1 saved oil to reorganize all units.

Turn 14. Nov/Dec 1941. End of Turn. Final Production. Allies.

With respect to the USA, which is still neutral, I ran into the MWiF feature (bug) that won't let you save an oil point even thought that's the only oil point you're trying to save (for the USA). This feature (bug) occurs because other countries, in this case the CW, are saving oil points traded (i.e., given) to them by the USA.

This, no doubt would be a very frustrating feature (bug) except for the fact that I know how to edit the game file and save the oil point that I should be able to save. Which is exactly what I did.

So there, stubborn MWiF, take that! [:'(]

I think this has been reported before but I'll go ahead and report it again.

JF 42: Reinforcements
Axis did scrap a number of units with the turn of the new year, too numerous to list - though mostly LND air units and a few Italian naval units. Japanese did say yes to a couple of upgrade request to get a larger carrier in the force pool. Reinforcements shown below.
