Axis #7.
The 4 RM warships (2 BBs & 2 CAs) greatly outnumber and at significant risk use Italy's combine to return to Trieste from the Italian Coast, 4-box.

But, the Italian admiralty and air force miscalculates and places their surviving 4 warships at unnecessary risk. The Italian air force by rebasing and leaving no fighter coverage over Trieste.
