I had to match wits with a mouse in the house last night. So, it was a fair fight. It was in the trap this morning. Tied 1-1 with my Labrador in rubbing out rodents this year. He nailed a young commie red squirrel a month ago.

To get rid of rodents, my stepgrandfather would feed them corn meal. If that did not kill them, they left the area.
Did the red squirrel find a black walnut tree like the one did in Fargo?

Naw. Had one a few years back that crossed a circuit at sub-station and knocked out power to a quarter of the city.
