Dude, mentioning the KC Royals is hardly good for incoming employee morale. I'm surprised the young gun didn't break down crying when you compared his future at your company to them.
At least you didn't compare yourself to the Pittsburgh Pirates. [:D]

Not necessarily. IPs beginning with 10. 172. and 192. are private addresses which indicate that the address is behind a firewall and can only be reached from within that network. In the case of your home router, the router creates a virtual internal network and all devices connected to the router within your home are assigned a 192 (usually) address via DHCP.
Edit: I think you had it right, I missed the "default" part in your post. Need more coffee.

Settlers is a great game.
In order to trade, you're going to need to build more roads...thus start trading wood and bricks [:)]
