good luck with the plumbing Robert. I find welding copper pipe to be one of the more difficult home repair tasks to do. I can never seem to get all the water of the pipe, thus its hard to properly heat the pipe for welding. Basically I hire one of the over priced buccaneers we call plumbers around here to do it

Well, much of the plumbing seems to be plastic PVC pipe - unfortunately most of the plumbing is buried under the house, and is inaccessible due to the quaint practice of not building basements in this part of the country.

i could DO the job if (1) i had the time and (2) access. Not sure how one goes about fixing a pipe that is buried under the foundation pad...

Things looking up slightly - just got up with a plumber recommended by at least 2 separate people. [:)] Original plumber is not returning our calls for some reason... [8|] [:'(]

Bucaneers and plumbing... i think the local guys (and maybe its a National trend) attend Blackbeard's Plumbing School.

Indeed, burning, plundering, drinking, womanizing and "fixing" ones plumbing have many skills in common.

I have seen her in her non-pirate garb on the "Catholic Channel" (i don't know the stations real name.) The eye patch oddly suits her real personality.

Can't imagine how she manages to keep her vow of celabicy. [:D]
